Vancouver’s November home sales fell 53% from a year ago, 15% from October: board

The Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver says the generally slow conditions it sees in November were indeed more sluggish last month as home deals dropped 53 per cent from a time ago and 15 per cent from October.

TheB.C. board says deals in the region totalled,614 last month and were36.9 per cent below the 10- time November deals normal.

The board advised similar conditions could persist as affectation remains stubbornly high and farther interest rates are anticipated, encouraging people to antedate home purchases over the leaves.

Those that were in hunt of parcels last month set up only,055 new rosters, a22.9 per cent fall from November 2021 and a24.2 per cent drop from October 2022.

The compound standard price in the region sat at$ last month, a lower than one per cent drop from November 2021 and a1.5 per cent drop from October 2022.
